SENEGAL
Senegal is my soil and kingdom
And now, I am deeply rooted
And open to the world.
Senegal, my great forefathers have
Done their duties for your presence,
And I am set for the same purpose.
I also am one of those famous baobabs
Planters, baobab, symbol of efforts
That can greatly profit the grandsons.
Now, whenever I look around me, I can
See different species of rats, birds and
Animals trying hard to kill my symbolic tree.
Thank god! I am watchful enough and believe
That my soil is fertile enough for baobab to
Grow strong, tall and fruitful.
Senegal is a land of tolerance, and peace,
It is my soil, kingdom and pride.
And now, I am deeply rooted
And open to the world.
Senegal, my great forefathers have
Done their duties for your presence,
And I am set for the same purpose.
I also am one of those famous baobabs
Planters, baobab, symbol of efforts
That can greatly profit the grandsons.
Now, whenever I look around me, I can
See different species of rats, birds and
Animals trying hard to kill my symbolic tree.
Thank god! I am watchful enough and believe
That my soil is fertile enough for baobab to
Grow strong, tall and fruitful.
Senegal is a land of tolerance, and peace,
It is my soil, kingdom and pride.
