What will I be doing on this trip?
Associated activities: hiking, canoeing, canopy walk, swimming, castle tours, community living.
Tourists/Travellers want what is real, and they want to be immersed in a rich natural, cultural, or historical experience. This is what this package entails. We believe that this package will give travellers or visitors to Ghana the opportunity to visit undisturbed natural areas, scenic beaches, and observe plants and wildlife.
Ghana offers many opportunities for local governments to share their natural environments with visitors. While maximizing the economic, environmental and social benefits from ecotourism, the local environment must be protected. This tour enables you to explore both the forest and the beaches of Ghana. There is series of picturesque beaches in this country. Formerly the coast of Ghana was called The Gold Coast and is decked with various fascinating beaches. Exploring the beaches in Ghana is one of the main things to do in Ghana. The sandy coastline is backed by a coastal plain that is crossed by several rivers and streams, generally navigable only by canoe. On this particular tour you will explore the tropical forest of Ghana while you learn about the culture and traditions of the people in this area.

How does this holiday make a difference?
Local community
Throughout the trip travellers or tourists stay in hotels which are locally owned and community guesthouses. We have clean beaches and water for swimming. They will enjoy the daily life activities of the various communities that they will visit. This trip allows visitors to discover this intriguing culture in a sensitive and responsible manner within the forest and coastline of Ghana. Travellers or tourists are encouraged to immerse themselves in the culture of the local people through activities such as drumming, dancing, story telling , purchasing local souvenirs and many more. Money raised from these activities go a long way to support the development of the community.
Environment
Before any trip we give the code of conduct to travellers to know how to conduct themselves in order not to destroy the local culture, flora and fauna species. This is very necessary because we do believe that as they visit the beaches and our forest it is important for them to desist from any bad behaviour that will cause harm to our eco tourism products. 'Do not take any flora, take only photographs' and ‘Do not litter at the beach’. Helps to keep the environment clean as our guides are asked to explain and encourage this policy during the trip. We educate our clients especially those who visit national parks and other reserves on the need to protect the plants and animals for posterity.
