You are encouraged to leave some money in the communities by eating delicious and nutritious local foods and by buying local souvenirs. In this way you will be creating jobs for the unemployed in the community.
For this particular trip you will experience the authentic culture of the people in Adaklu in the mountainous region of Ghana. Live with a local family and learn about the daily life activities of Ghanaian families. You can participate in volunteering schemes that involve teaching the local children, or you can assist in creating activities for the orphans living in the local orphanage.
We give out travellers code of conducts to all travellers in order to know how to behave appropriately in the destinations we will visit.
We employ local guides since they are in the best position to explain the history and culture of Adaklu to travellers. In this way these local guides get employment thereby reducing the unemployment rate in the community.
